SPEC:
Liner: Synthetic oil resistant rubber
Reinforcement: Two high tensile steel wire braids
Cover: Abrasion, ozone & weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Working temperature: ‐40°C to 100°C
Intermittent temperature: ‐40°C to +120°C (10% of total working hours). For air application (max 70°C) & pressure above 17 bar cover must be pinpricked.
Special Features: Qualified for double impulse cycles (400,000 cycles) to relevant standards‐SAE 100 R2S AT / EN 853 2SN / ISO 1436‐2SN. Good flexibility.
Application: Medium to high-pressure hydraulic lines. Suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, synthetic esters, biodegradable hydraulic fluids, water‐glycol based fluids, and air.
